What Thinked is

A tool for agencies that write for founders: it captures what a founder says, helps a writer turn it into posts with every line traceable to its source, records either the founder’s approval or the agency’s configured approval policy, and hands approved copy to a publishing tool the agency has connected. Thinked does not publish anything itself.

Your account

You sign in with an emailed code. You are responsible for the people you invite to your agency and the people you list against a client, and for what they do in the product. Tell us at once if you think an account has been used by someone who should not have it.

Your content

Everything your clients send and everything your team writes is yours (or your clients’, as agreed between you). You grant us the right to store and process it to run the product, and nothing more. We do not use it to train models, and we do not share it except as described in the privacy page.

You are responsible for having the right to use the material your clients send, for the posts your team writes, and for what gets published from the tools you connect.

Early access

Thinked is free during early access. The product changes often; we will tell you about changes that affect how you work. When pricing arrives you will hear it from us in writing before it applies to you, and agencies in early access keep a founding rate for as long as they stay.

Acceptable use

Do not use Thinked to publish material you do not have the right to publish, to impersonate anyone without their consent, or to break the rules of the networks your posts go to. Do not try to access another agency’s data or to disrupt the service.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Thinked running, but during early access we do not promise uptime and we may change or withdraw features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or for what is published from tools you connect. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during early access is nothing.

Ending

You can stop at any time; ask and we delete your account and its data as described in the privacy page. We can end your access for breaking these terms, with notice where the situation allows.

Law and who we are
